We take care of the confidentiality of the information you entrust to us. Below we explain what data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have.

01Data controller
The controller of your personal data is 545 SARL, with its registered office at 33, boulevard Prince Henri, L-1724 Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS Luxembourg) under number B269106 ("545", "we").

02What data we process
We only process data that you provide to us yourself, together with basic technical data related to your use of the website:
- contact details – name, e-mail address, telephone number, company and position;
- the content of correspondence and documents sent to us, e.g. investment presentations or product offers;
- data from application documents – CV, cover letter, information on education and experience;
- technical data – IP address, browser type, date and time of visit (server logs).
03Purposes and legal bases
We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for the following purposes:
- replying to your message and handling correspondence – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- reviewing investment projects and offers and entering into cooperation – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- recruitment – steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for data beyond what is required by law and for future recruitment processes, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
- compliance with legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- website security and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
04How long we keep data
- correspondence – until the matter is closed and then until the limitation period for any claims has expired;
- data relating to investment offers and projects – for the duration of the review and any cooperation, and then for the period required by law;
- application documents – until the end of the recruitment process, no longer than 6 months; with consent to future recruitment – up to 24 months or until consent is withdrawn;
- server logs – no longer than 12 months.
05Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it only to the extent necessary with:
- providers of IT, hosting and e-mail services who process data on our behalf;
- our legal, tax and accounting advisers, who are bound by professional secrecy;
- our branches in Poland and Italy, where needed to handle your matter;
- public authorities, where required by law.
As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If this were necessary, we would do so only with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
06Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- rectify your data;
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to info@545.lu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Luxembourg, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
07Providing data is voluntary
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we will not be able to reply to your message, review an offer or consider an application. We do not make automated decisions and do not profile website visitors.

This policy may be updated, for example due to changes in the law or in how the website works. The current version is always available on this page.
